        This class includes low impact aerobics, with floor and step. It then proceeds into strength training with weights and bands. The class is finished up with toning exercises. This is a great beginning class for anyone who has never done any aerobics.
         
      SILVER SNEAKERS taught by Cheryl Clay
        Tuesday & Thursday   10 a.m.  
         
       

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seating and/or standing support.

            Members: $12 monthly during the winter months
            Non-members: $35 monthly
